After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Labour Studies, Jennifer was successful in moving into Corporate Human Resources Recruiting roles with Fortune 500 companies. Jennifer is currently Acting Chair of the Windsor Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce – After Business committee which she has been actively involved in for the last three years. As part of the LucasWorks team, Jennifer is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Windsor. Jennifer if currently working towards her Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation and has received training from world renowned Executive Recruiters.
