Employee Profile-Natalie Saby

Natalie HeadshotMy name is Natalie Saby and I am an On-Site Recruitment Specialist at LucasWorks!

In the midst of wrapping up my Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the University of Windsor, I heard about the opportunity to work as a Recruiter at LucasWorks! I could not pass up this opportunity as Human Resources is something I am passionate about and familiar with from my past work and studies, including a 3-year Advanced Diploma in Human Resources from St. Clair College.

Working for a company whose platform is built on recruiting and training services is so meaningful to me.  I enjoy helping individuals seeking employment find jobs, while simultaneously satisfying clients by finding the right candidates for their business.

Being a resident of Lakeshore my whole life, I enjoy being involved with the community and spending my spare time checking out new and local businesses in the area. In my spare time I volunteer with organizations such as The Kidney Foundation of Canada. Working for an organization that is philanthropic and involved in the community is extremely important to me. LucasWorks has such a great reputation in the community, and I am incredibly proud to be part of their team.

Kasey Headshot My name is Kasey Wiebe and I am a Recruitment Specialist with LucasWorks.  After attending a Job Fair that LucasWorks was a part of, I was offered this incredible position as a Recruitment Specialist, and I couldn’t say no to such an amazing company with a top-notch reputation within the Windsor Region.

Being a native Windsorite, I understand the importance of having consistent work within our current economic environment. As well, being from a social work background, I have a passion for bettering and increasing the socioeconomic status of the clientele that we serve. In this line of work, I feel that I am able to couple my relevant work experience with my passion for changing lives for the better. Given that LucasWorks has a reputation for being actively involved in community projects and programs it is a business that prioritizes social activism and engagement which makes it an exciting company to work for. It enables its staff to develop volunteerism and social activism by offering opportunities to be involved in the community.  Beginning in the recruitment specialist role, I am excited to develop and grow while positively impacting the lives of individuals within Windsor.

My name is Angela Kharboutli and I am the Communications Coordinator at LucasWorks.

When I initially heard that my position became available, I jumped at the chance to apply!  Having spent the majority of my professional life in Windsor, ON, I was quite familiar with LucasWorks, its reputation, strong culture of leadership and community involvement, and wanted to be part of the team.

As a Communications Coordinator, I put skill and creativity to work every day.  I ensure the exceptional delivery of integrated communications plans and also steward the LucasWorks social media.  I like to plan and generate dynamic content that is not only engaging, but also gets the community and our employees excited about what it is they are reading or experiencing.

Born in Vancouver, BC, but raised in Windsor, ON, I graduated from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Media and Film Studies and a Minor in Political Science.  After completing my Undergraduate Degree, I moved to Toronto, ON where I obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Public Relations.

Outside of work I enjoy volunteering for a variety of community organizations including The Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Canadian Mental Health Association and The Windsor International Film Festival.

My name is Marnie Filangeri and I am a Recruitment Specialist at Lucasworks. I was first acquainted with Lucasworks after relocating from Toronto and leaving my job behind. Having been from Windsor originally I was well aware of the Lucasworks reputation and sought help from the Professional Services Division. It was a matter of days before I was presented with the opportunity to work for Lucasworks and I couldn’t pass it up.

Lucasworks offers a unique opportunity for me to utilize my education – a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Windsor. I am able to source the best fit for our clients as well as offer our candidates the opportunity to succeed in suitable roles. At one point or another most of us will know what it`s like to struggle to find work, so being able to facilitate the relationship between the client and candidate has proved to be exceptionally rewarding.
